Coronavirus | Updates & Resources

LAST UPDATED: FEBRUARY 1 2021 | 9:00a.m.

On this page, Call Federal members will find the most up-to-date information regarding credit union activities as well as resources for accessing & safeguarding your accounts as our community deals with the ramifications of the coronavirus (COVID-19) outbreak.

Throughout this pandemic, we have responded by focusing on drive-thru and online service options, enhancing our cleaning routines, and maintaining the high level of service our members deserve. As of February 1, lobby service will be available Monday-Friday at all seven branches, in accordance with government requirements and the recommendations of medical authorities. Saturday hours remain drive-thru only. Further decisions will be based upon the safety of all people, members and staff; as needed, we will limit service options and, if necessary, temporarily close locations to observe all recommended protocols to address potential exposure. Thank you for your patience and understanding as we continue to serve in these unprecedented times.

If you are facing financial hardship, please know that you have options and we are here to explore them with you. Check out a few of the ways we can help our members. We’ve also compiled a page full of community resources from local governments and service providers who may be able to offer some relief.

Limited Lobby & Drive-Thru Service

After careful consideration and much preparation, we have resumed lobby service at all locations. We are following a number of guidelines set forth by the government and medical authorities. Please read the June 6th update for full details. On Saturdays, service is only available via drive-thru; accordingly, the Chester, Hancock Village, and Staples Mill branches are closed on that day. You can track the progress we’ve made over the course of this pandemic via the updates below.
