Nominating Committee Report

The Nominating Committee did not receive any nominations by petition as defined in the Call Federal Credit Union bylaws; therefore, the following persons will be re-elected to the Board of Directors at the Annual Meeting on March 19, 2022.

• Michael Swink – Mr. Swink works in investment management at the Virginia529 Education Organization and is a CPA.
• Lauren Napolitano – Ms. Napolitano is a Human Resource Program Manager at Capital One. She was previously at the University of Richmond and Genworth Financial.
• Mark Mathews – Mr. Mathews has been a part of Altria Client Services for more than 16 years, working his way up to his current position of Manager, Corporate Facilities and Real Estate.
