For this year’s Member Celebration\, we’re returning one last time to The Diamond\, where each member (and a guest) will join us in the Terrace level seats to cheer on the Flying Squirrels together as a credit union community. \nTo accommodate a wider range of members\, we arranged a choice to attend EITHER Saturday evening\, June 28th\, for a 6:05pm start with post-game fireworks\, OR Sunday afternoon\, June 29th\, where first pitch will be at 1:35pm and kids will be allowed to run the bases after the game. DESCRIPTION:Our 2025 Annual Meeting will be hosted at the Dewey Gottwald Center\, part of the Science Museum of Virginia\, located at 2301 West Leigh Street\, Richmond\, 23220 on Saturday\, April 26th. \nMeeting Details\n\n\n\nRegistration begins at 8:30am.\nOnce signed in\, members will enjoy refreshments\, receive an exclusive gift\, and mingle with our team.\nThe meeting will commence promptly at 9:30 AM. (It averages 30 minutes in length.)\nAll ages are welcome! Members under 12 will have a separate activity to enjoy during the meeting. Following the meeting\, we will announce door prizes and then enjoy the Science Museum and/or Children’s Museum – right next door – for FREE.\n\n\n\nGive us a call us at 804.274.1200 or complete the form below to register.\n\nRegistration Form\n\n\nNominations\nThe Nominating Committee has nominated the following individuals to serve on the Board of Directors for a 3-year term. \nLauren Napolitano\nMs. Napolitano is a Human Resource Program Manager at Capital One\, where she leads strategic initiatives focused on talent development\, employee engagement\, and organizational effectiveness. With experience spanning higher education and corporate finance\, she previously held roles at the University of Richmond and Genworth Financial\, where she specialized in workforce development and HR operations. \nSam Brumberg\nMr. Brumberg is Vice President of Regulatory Affairs and General Counsel at the Virginia\, Maryland & Delaware Association of Electric Cooperatives. In addition to his legal work in the utility regulatory field where he advocates for clean\, safe\, affordable\, and reliable energy and broadband for the rural mid-Atlantic\, he serves as a member of the Virginia Clean Energy Advisory Board and as a director of the Virginia Judges & Lawyers Assistance Program. Sam is an unyielding defender and champion for the Cooperative Movement. \nMichael Swink\nMr. Swink is the Director of Investments at Commonwealth Savers-ABLE now\, where he leads the investment group\, overseeing research\, analysis\, and operations. With over 15 years at the agency\, he has held roles of increasing responsibility in finance and investments. A CFA Charterholder\, CPA\, and CGMA\, he is a member of CFA Society Virginia\, AICPA\, VSCPA\, and SVIA. He holds a Master of Accountancy from VCU and a Bachelor’s in International Business from the College of Charleston. \n  \nThe Bylaws of Call Federal Credit Union permit individuals to be nominated by petition.
