Chester & Richmond Branch Operations Update

Back to News

January 18th update: Chester & Richmond have resumed normal operations

As of January 14th, our Chester branch is temporarily closed and our Richmond branch will have limited service (see below), while we observe COVID-19 protocols. We apologize for the inconvenience. As we continue to look out for the health and safety of our members and staff, we are taking each potential exposure seriously and proceeding with an abundance of caution.  Accordingly, deep cleaning is taking place and affected team members are quarantined. Schedules are being rearranged to operate the Richmond drive-thru with unaffected teammates from other locations. If you require or prefer in-person service, please one of our other locations.

Keeping Each Other Safe

The health and wellbeing of the whole Call Federal family is our primary concern and we are confident in the protocols we have in place. Our branch teams take advantage of hand sanitizer at their stations between transactions in addition to regular handwashing. We have installed plexiglass “windows” to mitigate potential spread and are monitoring our teller line transactions for compliance with the CDC’s “15-minute cumulative exposure” guideline.

We thank you in advance for your patience and concern for the affected staff and look forward to serving you from the branch lobby once again when we get the “all clear”.

Regards,

John West
President/CEO
Call Federal Credit Union
