Henrico Branch Operations Update (COVID-19 Related)
January 4th update: Henrico branch has resumed normal operations
Over the course of 2020, the safety of our team and members has been our top priority. We have approached all situations involving COVID-19 with an abundance of caution while still providing the level of service that you’ve come to expect from us. With that in mind, our Henrico branch is temporarily returning to drive-thru service only, due to the potential exposure of team members who are now in quarantine. The branch has been thoroughly cleaned and will be staffed by teammates from other locations. If you require or prefer in-person service, please visit our Staples Mill branch (6011 Staples Mill Rd, Richmond, VA 23228).
Keeping Each Other Safe
We are steadfast in our commitment to the health and wellbeing of the whole Call Federal family. We have strong protocols in place; our branch teams take advantage of hand sanitizer at their stations between transactions in addition to regular handwashing. We have installed plexiglass “windows” to mitigate potential spread and are monitoring our teller line transactions for compliance with the CDC’s “15-minute cumulative exposure” guideline.
We thank you in advance for your patience and concern for the affected staff and look forward to serving you from the branch lobby once again when we get the “all clear”.
