New retail-style branch in Chester covered by Chesterfield Living
Chesterfield Living covered Call Federal’s ribbon cutting ceremony on February 2, 2017. They tout the warm atmosphere of Call’s newest retail-style branch now open in Chester. Roger Ball, CEO, was quoted “We want to build relationships and get the conversation going.” While chatting with the Chesterfield Living reporter he also shared his customer service ethos: “We never tell people what to do. We always give them options. We are about empowering the individual.”
