If you are having issues logging in, these tips might help in the meantime:
- Make sure you are trying to access the new system @ online.callfederal.org, not the previous financialnet address that you may have saved.
- For security purposes, your previous password was not carried over. Your temporary password is the last six digits of the primary account holder’s social security number.
- Your user ID will be the same as it was in the previous Home Banking system, with the following caveat: if you were using your account number as your user logon and it is less than six digits, you will need to include “leading” zeros to the number. For example, if your account number is 123, your user ID would be 000123; account number 56789 would be user ID 056789. However, for security purposes, we recommend changing your user id to something that does not include your account number.
- Before using the new mobile banking apps, you must first login to online banking via CallFederal.org and set up your new password. If the app does not update automatically, please find/download the newest version at the App Store, Google Play or Windows Store, respectively
