Online Banking, Mobile Banking, our branches, and the Contact Center have returned to normal operation.

Thank you for your patience and support during this important transition.
Regular member services have resumed, and our team is ready to help you get comfortable with the new Digital Banking experience.

If you have not accessed the new Digital Banking platform yet, start by completing the one-time registration
even if you were previously enrolled in Online Banking.

GET STARTED

Before you can log in for the first time, you will need to complete a one-time registration and create a new username and password – even if you were previously enrolled in online banking.

Register on your Computer

  1. Visit callfederal.org.
  2. Select Login in the upper-right corner.
  3. Select Register.
  4. Follow the on-screen prompts to create your new username and password.

Register via Mobile App

Once you have the updated app:

  1. Open the Call Federal Mobile App.
  2. Select More.
  3. Select Register.
  4. Follow the on-screen prompts to create your new username and password.

Have the following ready:

  • Your Call Federal account number or Call Federal debit card number
  • The last four digits of your Social Security number
  • Your date of birth
  • Access to the email address and mobile number Call Federal has on file for you

Good to know! You only need to register once. After registration, use the same new username and password to access Digital Banking online or in the Mobile App.

Make the Experience Your Own

After you register and log in, take a few minutes to review your accounts and restore the settings that could not transfer during the upgrade.

First Login Checklist

Make future logins easier.
Select Save Username and Trust This Device when using a secure, personal device.

Check your accounts.
Confirm that all eligible accounts on which you are a primary or joint owner appear on your dashboard.

Review Bill Pay and Zelle.
Check your payees, scheduled payments, payment history, and Zelle information.

Set up your alerts again.
Review your account alerts and choose the notification preferences that work best for you.

Reconnect external accounts.
Select Move Money, then Manage Transfers to reconnect accounts at other financial institutions via PLAID.

Update your connections and bookmarks.
If you use QuickBooks or Quicken, deactivate and reactivate your connection. You should also replace any bookmark that points to our former Online Banking login.

Already There for You

These items carried over to your new Digital Banking experience:

  • Bill Pay payees, scheduled payments, and payment history
  • Existing Zelle information
  • Eligible Call Federal accounts on which you are a primary or joint owner

Set These Up Again

A few settings and connections need a fresh start:

  • Account alerts and notification preferences
  • External accounts used for transfers
  • QuickBooks or Quicken connections
  • Wire Agreement, if you use Digital Banking for wire transfers

Helpful Changes to Know

July statements are arriving by mail

Statements

All members will receive a paper statement for July 2026, including members previously enrolled in Electronic Statements. Members who were enrolled in Electronic Statements will receive their August 2026 statement electronically.

Statement history from August 2025 through June 2026 is available in Digital Banking. The July 2026 statement will be added after processing is complete.

Primary Savings is now Membership Savings

Account Name Change

Your Primary Savings Account is now called your Membership Savings Account. This is a name change only and does not affect how your account works. A $5 minimum balance is still required to maintain your Call Federal membership.

Frequently Asked Questions

When Digital Banking becomes available, the primary account owner will need to complete a one-time registration process.

To verify your identity, you will need:

  • Your Call Federal account number or Call Federal debit card number
  • The last four (4) digits of your Social Security number
  • Your date of birth

Once your identity has been verified, you will be prompted to create a new username and password to access your Digital Banking account.

The registration process is quick and easy, allowing you to securely access all the features of our new Digital Banking experience.

Yes! Android users should download the new app from the Google Play store. Apple users should expect an automatic app update. After the upgrade, members will need to re-register before logging in.

Yes. To access our new Digital Banking platform for the first time, you will need to visit callfederal.org, click Login in the upper-right corner of the page, and then select Register to complete your enrollment.

If you previously bookmarked the Online Banking login page, that bookmark will no longer work after the upgrade. Once you have successfully registered and logged in to the new Digital Banking platform, we recommend updating your bookmark to the new login page for easy access in the future.

Yes! As a new feature of our Digital Banking platform, any Call Federal accounts on which you are listed as a joint owner will automatically appear on your dashboard after you log in.

This makes it easier to view and manage all of your eligible Call Federal accounts in one convenient place, without needing separate logins or additional setup.

Yes. As part of the upgrade, your existing account alerts will not transfer to the new Digital Banking platform, so you will need to set them up again after you register and login.

The good news is that our new Digital Banking experience offers more alert options and greater customization, giving you more control over how and when you receive notifications about your accounts.

Once logged in, we encourage you to review the available alert options and configure the ones that best meet your needs.

Yes. As part of the upgrade, any external accounts you’ve linked for transfers will need to be added again in the new Digital Banking platform.

The good news is that you’ll be able to connect external accounts using Plaid, a secure and convenient service that helps verify and link accounts from thousands of financial institutions. In most cases, connecting your external accounts will be faster and easier than before.

Once you’ve registered and logged in, simply go to ‘Move Money’ and then ‘Manage Transfers’ to reconnect your accounts and resume making transfers.

2026 System Archive

Our primary system upgrade took place from July 31 through August 3, 2026.
The planned service interruptions are now complete, and regular service resumed August 4.

For reference, expand the sections below to review information shared with members before and during the upgrade.

Original Upgrade Roadmap

July 27 – Early Cutoffs Began
Bill Pay, Zelle, and MessagePay became unavailable beginning at 8:00 am ET as preparations for the system transition began.

July 31 – Digital Banking Became Unavailable
Online Banking and Mobile Banking became unavailable beginning at 8:00 am ET.

August 1–3 – Upgrade Weekend
Branches, the Contact Center, Shared Branching, Online Banking, Mobile Banking, and most member-facing services were temporarily unavailable while the system transition was completed.

August 4 – Services Resumed
Branches and the Contact Center returned to normal operating hours, and members gained access to the upgraded Digital Banking experience.

Completed Service Interruptions

Several Call Federal services were temporarily unavailable at different points during the system transition. These planned interruptions are now complete.

  • Branches & Contact Center: Closed August 1–3.
  • Online & Mobile Banking: Unavailable beginning July 31 at 8:00 am ET through the upgrade.
  • Bill Pay & Zelle: Unavailable beginning July 27 at 8:00 am ET through August 3.
  • External Transfers: Temporarily unavailable and required accounts to be connected again after the upgrade.
  • MessagePay: Retired as part of the transition and replaced by REPAY for online loan payments.
