Fraud Alert: Protect Your Account Information
Call Federal Credit Union will never call, text, or email you asking for your account number, debit card number, online banking credentials, PIN, or security codes.
Fraudsters may impersonate Call Federal and use caller ID spoofing to make it appear that the call is coming from us. If someone contacts you requesting personal or account information, hang up immediately and contact Call Federal directly using the phone number listed on our website or the back of your debit or credit card.
Remember:
- Never share your online banking password or verification codes.
- Never provide your debit card PIN.
- Be cautious of unexpected calls, texts, or emails requesting sensitive information.
