I serve as the Branch Operations Manager, overseeing multiple locations and playing a key role in ensuring the smooth operation of our branches. I joined the team in 2020 and have been dedicated to contributing to the success and growth of the organization.

Throughout my time here, my focus has always been on providing exceptional service to all members, whether they are new, long-time, young, or young-at-heart. I’m passionate about creating positive experiences for our members by addressing their needs and fostering long-lasting relationships.
