Why is the Richmond branch closing?

After careful consideration, Call Federal Credit Union made the decision to close the Richmond branch on Commerce Road.

The facility is aging and would require continued investment to maintain. At the same time, member banking habits have evolved over time, with more members choosing to bank through other branches, ATMs, shared branching, and digital banking services.

This decision allows us to focus our resources on continuing to provide strong service, modern banking tools, and future improvements that support our members across the communities we serve.
