Our simple, easy-to-use Rewards Program

Follow these steps to register for Call Federal REWARDS, where you can redeem your point for travel, merchandise, pay-for-points and more.

Number 1

Login to Online Banking

  • Once logged into your Accounts Page, locate the Services box on the right-side panel.
  • Click the link for “REWARDS for Platinum Cardholders”. A “Sign In” box will pop-up. You’ll need to select “Not registered? Sign up now” the first time through.
Number 2

Register

  •  Enter your full name only as your “account holder name”, including middle initials if they appear on your card. Where it asks for “last 6 digits for account number”, enter the last 6 digits as displayed on your physical credit card, then click “Continue” to proceed.
  • Create a username & enter your email address. Click the necessary checkboxes, then “Complete Registration”.
  • A verification email will be sent to your email address.
Number 3

Create A Password

  • Click the “Create Password” button in the verification email. This will return you to the site login screen.
  • Create your password, enter it again, and click “Sign In” to enter Call Federal REWARDS!
  • Start redeeming your points now or save them for something bigger. The choice is yours!

Your double points will be awarded within 30 days of purchase.
