For longer than most of us can remember, our Richmond branch on Commerce Road has been more than just a place to do your banking. It has been a place for connection, conversation, and community. We know this branch holds a special place for many who have walked through its doors.

After careful consideration, our Board of Directors and Leadership Team have made the difficult decision to close the Richmond branch, effective Friday, June 26.

End of An Era

This decision was not made lightly. The Richmond branch has served us well, but it no longer aligns with how many of our members choose to bank today or with the investments we need to make for the future. We are incredibly grateful for the role this branch has played in the story of Call Federal.

Just as important, the team members you have come to know at the Richmond branch are not going anywhere. They will continue serving members across our branch network, and we expect you will continue to see familiar faces after June 26.

This decision allows us to focus our resources on continuing to provide strong service, modern banking tools, and future improvements that support our members across the communities we serve.
