Nominations

The Nominating Committee has nominated the following individuals to serve on the Board of Directors for a 3-year term.

James Horne

Mr. Horne brings decades of leadership and unwavering dedication to Call Federal Credit Union. After retiring from Altria Client Services, he continues to make a lasting impact, serving on the board for nearly 33 years. Today, Jim proudly serves as Chairman of the Board, guiding Call Federal’s vision and growth. His leadership has been instrumental in strengthening our ability to serve members and the community. Jim’s enduring commitment reflects his deep passion for the credit union movement and our mission to improve the financial well-being of those we serve.

Nancy Ross

Ms. Ross currently serves as Secretary of the Board at Call Federal Credit Union. She retired from a long career in Human Resources with Philip Morris (Altria Group). Nancy continues to dedicate her time and expertise to the credit union movement. She has served as an Associate Board member for 10 years prior to becoming a full-time Board member for 23 years, providing invaluable leadership and guidance. Nancy’s long-standing commitment to the credit union reflects a deep passion for supporting our members.

Bill Thomson

Mr. Thomson currently serves as Vice Chairman of the Board at Call Federal Credit Union and Chair of the Governance Committee. A retiree of Altria after a career in corporate communications and stakeholder engagement, he has served on the Board for more than 35 years. During this tenure, Bill has chaired several committees and provided invaluable counsel to our Marketing and Community team. His leadership and expertise have played a key role in advancing Call Federal’s mission and strengthening our connection with the members we serve.

The Bylaws of Call Federal Credit Union permit individuals to be nominated by petition. To be considered, please submit a resume along with 300 members’ signatures to the Treasurer of the Board by February 10, 2026.
