Branch ManagerI started my journey in the financial industry back in 1999 as a call center representative, eager to learn and grow. After a couple of years, I transitioned to a teller role, where I discovered my passion for directly helping members. Each step forward—becoming head teller, then a member service consultant—deepened my commitment to personalized service. With hard work and dedication, I moved into leadership roles as an assistant manager, and eventually achieved my dream of becoming a branch manager. Every step has been rewarding, filled with valuable lessons and meaningful connections with members and colleagues alike.
