Meet Our Staples Mill Branch Manager:

Kim Nguyen is the Community Branch Manager at our Staples Mill branch. She’s been with Call Federal for six years, working her way up from the teller line to the leadership role she holds today, while also serving as a Certified Credit Union Financial Counselor. Born and raised in Richmond, Kim is passionate about the strong sense of community within and around the credit union. Being able to experience life’s highs and lows with our members, to see them through complicated times, knowing we have the means and opportunity to make a positive impact is what Kim finds most rewarding about our work here at Call Federal.

When she’s not helping people build a stronger financial future, you’ll find Kim at home behind her crafts table. Or, you might find her out hiking on a nearby trail. An avid fan of the great outdoors, she hopes to one day visit each of our national state parks.
