Branch Manager: Tim Shelton
Tim Shelton is the Community Branch Manager at our Hancock Village branch. He got his start in banking at Capital One, where he quickly rose from a customer service agent to a supervisory role, handling escalated calls. Similarly, in his three years at Call Federal, he has advanced from our Member Service Consultant role to a Financial Advocate & Team Lead and then to his current position. His passion for helping our members improve their financial health is undeniable. Having also trained to be a Certified Credit Union Financial Counselor, Tim is able to assist our members with a wide range of challenges, from understanding credit reports to staving off bankruptcy through better budgeting and negotiation. When asked about his outlook on Call Federal, he replied simply: “No matter how much we grow, our dedication and care for our members will be far greater than any other financial institution.”
When Tim is not helping members or supporting the Hancock Village team, you may have a hard time finding him, as he’s sure to be pursuing his personal passion for the great outdoors, either hunting the wilds of his native Goochland County or fishing on a nearby lake.
