All branch offices have a Notary Public on staff that is available for members at no charge. Notary service is sufficient for the majority of official documentation. Please remember to bring proper identification with you.
Medallion Signature Guarantee
Medallion Signature Guarantee service is available at our Chesterfield, Hanover, Henrico and Richmond branches. This service provides a higher level of security than a notarized document can establish and is required for documents involving stocks or mutual funds. There is no charge for members. Please remember to bring proper identification with you. Please call ahead to ensure availability.
Coin Machine
Call Federal Credit Union offers machines that automatically count loose change. This service is free for members. Machines are located at our Commerce Road, Chesterfield, Hanover and Henrico locations.
Gift Cards
Finding the perfect gift just got easier with Visa Gift cards. The Visa Gift card is a prepaid card that can be used at millions of locations where Visa debit cards are accepted, including retail stores and online merchants. Because it is a prepaid card, spending is limited to the amount of money placed on the card. Stop by any Call Federal branch to purchase. Cost is $3 per card.
