Thank you for your patience and support during this important transition.
Regular member services have resumed, and our team is ready to help you get comfortable with the new Digital Banking experience.

GET STARTED
Before you can log in for the first time, you will need to complete a one-time registration and create a new username and password – even if you were previously enrolled in online banking.
Register on your Computer
- Visit callfederal.org.
- Select Login in the upper-right corner.
- Select Register.
- Follow the on-screen prompts to create your new username and password.
Register via Mobile App
Once you have the updated app:
- Open the Call Federal Mobile App.
- Select More.
- Select Register.
- Follow the on-screen prompts to create your new username and password.
Have the following ready:
- Your Call Federal account number or Call Federal debit card number
- The last four digits of your Social Security number
- Your date of birth
- Access to the email address and mobile number Call Federal has on file for you
Good to know! You only need to register once. After registration, use the same new username and password to access Digital Banking online or in the Mobile App.

Make the Experience Your Own
After you register and log in, take a few minutes to review your accounts and restore the settings that could not transfer during the upgrade.
First Login Checklist
Select Save Username and Trust This Device when using a secure, personal device.
Confirm that all eligible accounts on which you are a primary or joint owner appear on your dashboard.
Check your payees, scheduled payments, payment history, and Zelle information.
Review your account alerts and choose the notification preferences that work best for you.
Select Move Money, then Manage Transfers to reconnect accounts at other financial institutions via PLAID.
If you use QuickBooks or Quicken, deactivate and reactivate your connection. You should also replace any bookmark that points to our former Online Banking login.
Already There for You
These items carried over to your new Digital Banking experience:
- Bill Pay payees, scheduled payments, and payment history
- Existing Zelle information
- Eligible Call Federal accounts on which you are a primary or joint owner
Set These Up Again
A few settings and connections need a fresh start:
- Account alerts and notification preferences
- External accounts used for transfers
- QuickBooks or Quicken connections
- Wire Agreement, if you use Digital Banking for wire transfers
Helpful Changes to Know
Statements
All members will receive a paper statement for July 2026, including members previously enrolled in Electronic Statements. Members who were enrolled in Electronic Statements will receive their August 2026 statement electronically.
Statement history from August 2025 through June 2026 is available in Digital Banking. The July 2026 statement will be added after processing is complete.
Account Name Change
Your Primary Savings Account is now called your Membership Savings Account. This is a name change only and does not affect how your account works. A $5 minimum balance is still required to maintain your Call Federal membership.
