At Call Federal Credit Union, we believe in service that goes beyond banking—and this past holiday season, that belief was recognized in a meaningful way.
We’re honored to share that we received the Wreath Award from the Chesterfield-Colonial Heights (CCH) Christmas Mother Program for our contributions during the 2024 holiday season. This award is presented annually to individuals, businesses, and organizations that make outstanding contributions to the program’s mission: bringing joy and essential support to families in need.
With the support of our members, Call Federal has proudly participated in the Christmas Mother Program for many years. Our 2024 involvement continued that tradition, helping ensure local families had the resources they needed to celebrate the season with warmth, dignity, and joy.
or the past two years, each of our nine branches has played a hands-on role in increasing the impact and visibility of our CCH project. Teams across locations created innovative, themed Christmas trees that served as festive focal points in our lobbies—sparking meaningful conversations with members and encouraging donations of all kinds.
From nostalgic holiday scenes to designs inspired by local community pride, each tree reflected the creativity and heart of our branch teams. These efforts transformed our spaces into vibrant holiday destinations and strengthened the spirit of giving across our credit union.
“At Call Federal, we believe our commitment to community goes far beyond daily transactions,” said John West, President & CEO of Call Federal Credit Union. “To be recognized with the Wreath Award is truly an honor and a reflection of the compassion our team and members show year-round. We are grateful to support a mission that makes the holiday season brighter for so many families.”
We extend our heartfelt thanks to the CCH Christmas Mother Program for this recognition—and for the work they do all year long. We look forward to continuing our partnership and spreading holiday cheer for many years to come.
