Call Federal Credit Union welcomed members, staff, and community partners to its 2026 Annual Meeting on Saturday, March 21, at The Place in Innsbrook, to reflect on the past year, celebrate the credit union’s history, and look ahead to a new era built on a strong foundation.
President & CEO John West delivered a keynote address reflecting on Call Federal’s rich history, reminding members that the credit union was founded on September 23, 1962, by two individuals who built the organization “one quarter at a time.”
He highlighted key moments in Call Federal’s growth, including the opening of its first stand alone branch on Commerce Road in 1979. That location served as headquarters for 45 years, supporting generations of members and employees.
“We are grateful for everything Commerce Road provided,” West shared. “But we outgrew it. Our new headquarters is about collaboration, innovation, and preparing for the future.”
As the meeting concluded, leadership reaffirmed Call Federal’s commitment to remaining member focused, service driven, and intentional about growth.
“Our work ahead is both significant and energizing,” leadership shared. “We are building toward a new era with a clear commitment to what makes Call Federal special—a culture centered on members, a service first mindset, and the belief that growth should never come at the expense of member interests.”
Following the business meeting, members were invited to tour the new headquarters on Innslake Drive, offering a firsthand look at the space designed to support the next era of Call Federal Credit Union.
