Call Federal Credit Union welcomed members, staff, and community partners to its 2025 Annual Meeting on Saturday, April 26, at the Dewey Gottwald Center at the Science Museum of Virginia. The event celebrated a year of innovation, service, and connection—while outlining a forward-looking vision grounded in the credit union’s mission and values.
President & CEO John West delivered a keynote address reflecting on Call Federal’s founding 63 years ago and the lasting importance of people helping people.
“Our mission—to make a positive impact on the lives of our members and community by providing practical financial solutions, exceptional service, and expert know-how—hasn’t changed since our beginning,” West shared. “Whether through new technology, stronger partnerships, or day-to-day interactions, we’re building on that legacy in meaningful ways.”
Key highlights included the announcement of a core system conversion project launching in July 2025 and scheduled for completion in August 2026. This initiative will support the rollout of an enhanced digital banking experience and reinforce Call Federal’s commitment to meeting members’ evolving needs. West also shared plans for the credit union’s relocation to its new headquarters in the Innsbrook area in December 2025, designed to foster greater collaboration and strengthen member service.
