Call Federal Credit Union is proud to announce plans for its new headquarters, opening later this year in the Innsbrook Corporate Center. This relocation marks a significant milestone in the credit union’s ongoing growth and its long-standing dedication to making a positive impact on the lives of its members, employees, and the communities it serves. While the new headquarters will house our leadership and support teams, the Commerce Branch will remain open and continue serving members during this transition.

The new facility will feature modern, flexible workspaces, enhanced technology, and a design that supports both staff wellbeing and exceptional member service. Construction is currently underway and expected to be completed by December 2025.
Call Federal has partnered with Richmond-based design firm Baskervill to ensure the new headquarters embodies the credit union’s culture and purpose.
“Baskervill’s Workplace Studio is energized to be translating Call Federal’s vision into a new headquarters design that mirrors their people and culture,” said Alan Davis, Principal at Baskervill. “Using our signature Sightline process, our team identified key cultural drivers and ways of collaborating—insights that are now shaping a workplace as vibrant and unique as Call Federal itself.”
