Yes. If you’re not enrolled in electronic statements, you’ll continue receiving paper statements as usual. However, we highly encourage all members to enroll in electronic statements and our digital banking – whether online or mobile- for a seamless experience and greater control of your account.
No problem! It’s easy to enroll in Online Banking here on the website. Once enrolled, you can download the Call Federal app to access Mobile Banking. Need help? Stop by a branch or call us at 804.274.1200.
There will be no changes to any scheduled one-time or recurring payments. They will continue as planned.

The new Credit Card Account Access Platform is available now! We encourage all cardholders to register before the current platform retires on Monday, August 4th. Accordingly, the current platform will no longer be available as of that date.
