Will I continue to receive paper statements?
Yes. If you’re not enrolled in electronic statements, you’ll continue receiving paper statements as usual. However, we highly encourage all members to enroll in electronic statements and our digital banking – whether online or mobile- for a seamless experience and greater control of your account.
What if I don’t have Online or Mobile Banking?
No problem! It’s easy to enroll in Online Banking here on the website. Once enrolled, you can download the Call Federal app to access Mobile Banking. Need help? Stop by a branch or call us at 804.274.1200.
Will my scheduled payments change when the access platform changes over?
There will be no changes to any scheduled one-time or recurring payments. They will continue as planned.
I’ve already registered my Call Federal Visa Credit Card in Online/Mobile Banking. Does this change affect me?
You’re all set! No further action is needed. You can now access your statements and make payments plus take advantage of the additional features through the new platform.
When will the new Credit Card Account Access platform be available?
The new Credit Card Account Access Platform is available now! We encourage all cardholders to register before the current platform retires on Monday, August 4th. Accordingly, the current platform will no longer be available as of that date.
How long will it take to get my credit card?
Once approved, you can receive your card in two ways: Instant Issuance: Pick it up at your preferred branch. Mail Delivery: Your card will arrive within 7–10 business days. Contact us to choose your delivery method and get your card quickly!
